No. solaratv.store is a separate seller that uses the SolaraTV name, with its own prices, its own order form and its own inbox at support@solaratv.store. If you ordered through solaratv.tv or another SolaraTV-named site, contact that site about your account, as we can't see or manage it. Anything bought on this site is supported from the address above.
No hardware is sold here. Salora is an unrelated electronics brand; SolaraTV on this site is an IPTV subscription that arrives as login details. You enter them in a player app on a screen you already have, such as a Fire Stick, a Samsung or LG Smart TV, an Android box or an iPhone.
Checkout on this site runs in US dollars only: US$20 for one month, US$35 for three, US$50 for six and US$70 for twelve. Your bank or card provider converts that to Australian dollars on the day you pay, so the amount on your statement depends on their exchange rate and on whether they add an international transaction fee. Ask your card issuer if you want to know that cost in advance.
The service simply stops at the end of the term you paid for. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no contract to cancel. If you want to keep watching, place a new order for whichever length suits you; longer terms work out cheaper per month, with twelve months coming to about US$5.83 a month.
Each plan covers one stream at a time. You can install the same login on the lounge-room Fire Stick and your phone, but only one of them can play at once. If two or more people need to watch simultaneously, email support@solaratv.store with the number of screens and you'll get a quote for extra connections before paying anything.
Aim for a steady 10 Mbps for HD and 25 to 30 Mbps for 4K on the device you watch on, not just at the modem. Evening peak hours are when shared NBN connections slow down most, so test at that time. Plugging the TV or streaming stick into the router with an ethernet cable usually fixes buffering that Wi-Fi causes.
